Please include your name, what product you would like, what size, and any special requests. I will get back to you within 48 hours to finalize order details.
Payment: Payment must be made before product is delivered! For those who would like to pay with a credit card, please let me know and I can send you a PayPal request for payment. For those who would like to pay with a check or in person, payment can be made upon delivery for orders under $50. For orders over $50, and for special orders, 50% of the purchase total will be due upon ordering.
Delivery: Inside Cache Valley - arrangements will be made with purchaser for purchases to be delivered or picked up. (No delivery charge within 15 miles of Logan's city center. No charge for pick up)
Outside Cache Valley - orders will be shipped through the US Postal Service, unless a request is made for a different shipping option. Buyer will be responsible for a $3 shipping charge in addition to the purchase price. Shipping is only charged for the first product in an order. All other products ordered at the same time will ship for free.
Special Orders: Any orders that differ from the pictures shown are considered special orders. These orders may be subject to additional charges (depending on yarn availability, extra time, etc). Please contact me and I will get back to you within 48 hours with a price for your product. 50% of purchase price is due at the time the order is placed, and is non-refundable. Please be very clear in your request.
Returns: Returns are accepted for exchange only. Purchaser must contact the seller within 2 weeks of purchase to exchange products for a different size or equivilantly priced item. Original product purchased must be returned in like-new condition.
